My Overarching strategy: Relatability

Over the years, I’ve developed a set of core content strategies centered around one objective: connection.

For content to be effective, consumers need to find value in what they’re experiencing, and value begins with connection. Whether that connection comes through humor, familiarity, learning something new, or nostalgia, I design content that feels relatable, relevant, and worth engaging with.

Strategy Deep Dive

Audience Analysis and Engagement

I pay close attention to consistent commenters because they signal where real connection is happening. By analyzing what they respond to, when they engage, and the context behind their interaction, I build informal audience profiles that guide future content decisions. This unconventional strategy fuels relatability. Scaling down a demographic to specific profiles allows me to focus on connecting with a person . When people feel like you are talking directly to them, they are likely to buy in and a relationship is formed.

Reel them in (with multiple hooks)

See what I did there? ;) The biggest competitor is not another brand but the audience's attention. To hold it, I build multiple hooks throughout a piece of content, designed to create curiosity, suspense, or momentum. These hooks are shaped by audience behavior insights and structured to increase watch time, which helps expand reach and distribution. I always go back to the drawing board as adaptability is crucial for success.

stay adept

Staying on trend isn’t just about recreating a viral concept, it's about understanding why something performed well and applying those patterns intentionally. That means paying attention to structure, pacing, and editing choices as much as the idea itself .One of the most common mistakes I see is too much dead space or extended shots that slow momentum. Having an eye for trends while naturally integrating those concepts into brand messaging is a skill I've learned to master through all of my partnerships and being a consumer showed to be more important than blindly creating.

Intentional Content

Whether you're growing an audience, capturing contacts for a funnel, increasing product sales, or establishing brand presence, audience engagement leads to success if done strategically.  Using  performance insights to inform strategy adjustment is key here. Additionally, a strong call-to-action to stimulate action is an under appreciated tactic. People like to be told what to do as long as you don't seem like you’re telling them what to do. For example, in a small case study I noticed that when I told viewers to “save this video so they won’t lose it,” they felt reminded versus forced. This strategy continues to work!

It's always a win when the content I produce sparks up a conversation!
